Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us at donairainfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened pet consumables (treats, food) and used chew toys cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
